Keepsakes from Camiguin

Three weeks ago, we came home to Misamis Oriental. We wanted to make the most out of our trip, so we decided to visit Camiguin on our last day. From Salay, it was only a 30-minute drive to Balingoan Port. Then, we boarded the ferry to the island. I was nauseous the entire trip I did not have a decent sleep that night, but I felt better once we. The moment we left the effin ship and stepped on the ground, that’s when we knew another adventure had begun.

Camiguin has a lot to offer. I wish we had more than a day to explore the island. The day went by too fast and it could have been so much better if we had more time. Nevertheless, I was able to appreciate the beauty of Camiguin. We were able to cover a lot of attractions and breathtaking views (all thanks to our tour guide), so that’s good enough for me. Forgive me if I don’t have much to say, I’m just really tired right now (excuses, excuses) but I really want to upload this post tonight, so here it is anyway.

Here are some of the snapshots that we gathered from our day trip to Camiguin:

CAMIGUIN Highlights

  • White Island
  • Sunken Cemetery
  • Old Church Ruins
  • Soda Water Pool
  • Tuasan Falls

And now, here comes the shameless beach photos…

All thanks to my brother for directing my poses and helping me achieve such nice photos. As you can see, there are some really awkward photos in there–don’t mind them, that’s just how I really pose when Noy is not telling me what to do. I couldn’t stop cringing at my awkward hand placement and everything. ANYWAYYY.

I’ll just upload both versions because I couldn’t decide. Forgive me.

Okay. That’s all. Until the next adventure!
