KIDZOONA is an educational entertainment (or ‘edutainment’ as they call it) center for children. It is operated by Aeon Fantasy Group, a Japan-based company. They specialize in entertainment facilities that are located in shopping centers. Basically, Kidzoona is an indoor park that originated in Japan and branched out in the Philippines.
On November 2014, Aeon Fantasy Group opened the first and biggest Kidzoona branch in the country. It was located in Robinsons Galleria and since then, they have opened almost 50 more branches nationwide. Over the years, Aeon Fantasy Group has expanded into a total of 800 branches worldwide.
I have always loved going to playhouses and I am very fond of accompanying my little cousins to indoor parks. I enjoy seeing them have fun and play like there’s no tomorrow. Sometimes, I admit that I cannot help but join in the fun, too! I have seen posts on Instagram that are taken in Kidzoona countless times before and I wanted to experience what it’s like to be in there. My little cousins have been to the SM Dasmariñas branch but I did not get to watch over them. So when I learned about the newly-opened branch in SM Bacoor, I was so excited to try it!
I brought my goddaughter, Rianne, with me for our play date and it was so much fun! We went on a weekday to avoid large crowds. The rate was Php 200 which is good for an hour. The fee for the guardian is also inclusive in the two hundred-peso rate. Although, if you want to add another guardian, you have to pay Php 100.
I also did a little research on Kidzoona first before deciding to go because I am aware of how gross children ball pits can be. Of course, I don’t want Rianne to be swimming in a pool of germ-infested balls. Turns out, they clean and change all the balls in the pit each day and they wash the costumes in the pretend play area every day. They also have assigned personnel who are stationed in every area in order to ensure the kids’ safety. Some of them also clean and organize the toys right after the children play with them.
I enjoyed playing dress up with Rianne and how I wished I could dress up, too! Hahaha! Actually, I think the pretend play area was my favorite part of Kidzoona.
Here’s a photo of me trying to be cute. Meheh. 😛
There’s also an area with educational toys and games. I loved that area, too! There are doll houses (that I obviously played with) and puzzles and train models! Everything was so cool!
I loved how the place is specifically designed to be both enjoyable and educational for children. With areas that can help them develop their interactive and communication skills, Kidzoona is more than just your average play area.
I had so much fun at Kidzoona! The experience brought back so many childhood memories! 😌✨ The best thing about Kidzoona is that they were able to develop and build a safe and fun-filled environment that is suitable not just for the children, but also for the entire family. Playing with kids is a great way of learning and spending time with them. The best part? It never fails to bring out the child in you!
A Side Trip To The Arcade
We also took a quick side trip to the arcade so Rianne could enjoy her favorite rides.
Being a sucker for arcade games (especially the claw machines), I made the most out of the experience! Being in the arcade is so addictive! I had to stop myself from exchanging my money for fake arcade coins.
Anyway, that is all that took place on my eventful play date with Rianne. I am already looking forward to the next ones! I am thinking of bringing her to Dave’s Funhouse or ActiveFun next. We’ll have to see. I’ll update as soon as I can. Until the next post!
Kidzoona also accommodates party packages for children’s parties and events! For inquiries, you may reach them at:
