Marian Orchard is a pilgrimage site located in Balete, Batangas. This green park is filled with tall trees and different types of plants, so expect a serene and relaxing surrounding. Being a Marian-themed garden also helped with the peaceful and windy atmosphere of this place. There are rows after rows of various saints and other religious figures. As mentioned, there are also columns after columns of trees and posts that would either direct you to a chapel or a shrine. There are also fountains and small benches where you could just sit down and take in the beauty of the environment. It was definitely the perfect place to pray, reflect, or to just breathe it all in.
We dropped by the place while we were on our way home from Tingloy. It was Holy Monday so our visit was really timely. While we were there, the administration and staff were already getting ready for the flock of Catholics who will be there for Visita Iglesia and/or Station of the Cross.
The Marian Orchard serves as a sanctuary for Catholics and non-Catholics alike who are in search of peace of mind and spiritual fulfillment. I actually felt enlightened during our visit. It was tranquil and calm. I felt safe. Most importantly, I felt connected to God. Marian Orchard is worth the visit.
Marian Orchard is open every day from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM. It is located at Balete Road, Brgy. Malabanan, Balete, Batangas.
P.S. Thanks to my sister, Cheska, for helping me finish this post! Kamsahamnida! 🙂
